The short version
We have no accounts, no sign-up and no ads or tracking on this site. This website does not send your order anywhere by itself. Your order only reaches us when you press send yourself, in Telegram or in your text messages.
What this website keeps
Your cart, your favorites, your 19+ answer and the details you type at checkout (name, address or residence, time, payment choice, notes) are saved only in your own browser, so they are still there when you come back. We cannot see them.
One exception: when you type a delivery address at checkout, the site looks it up so it can work out the delivery distance. It sends what you type to Photon, a free map search run by Komoot, and the matched map point to OSRM, a free driving-route service. Those two services see that search and your IP address. Nothing else you type leaves your device.
To wipe them, clear this site's data in your browser settings.
What we receive when you order
When you press Send order, your phone opens Telegram or your text messages with the order already written out. Nothing is sent until you press send there.
If you send it, we receive what is in the message: the items, the total, the name you give, your delivery address or residence, the time, your payment choice and any notes. We also see your Telegram username or phone number, because that is how the message reaches us.
How we use it
Only to confirm, prepare and deliver your order and to answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to any marketing list.
Our Telegram chat may be answered first by an automated assistant that reads your message to look up the menu and answer questions. That assistant runs on Claude, an AI service from Anthropic, so the text of your message passes through Anthropic to get an answer.
Who else is involved
Telegram and your phone carrier carry your messages under their own privacy policies.
Address lookups at checkout go to Photon (Komoot) and OSRM, as described above.
These pages load the Poppins font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google and Google can see your IP address.
Our web host delivers these pages and, like any web host, may keep basic access logs such as IP address, time and page.
How long we keep it
Order messages stay in our chat history until they are deleted. Ask us at any time and we will delete your messages and order details.
Your choices
You can browse the whole menu without sending us anything. You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by messaging us.
19+ only
This site and our service are only for people 19 and older. We do not knowingly take orders from, or keep information about, anyone younger.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
